In the beverage industry in particular, there are many kegs that need to be moved, lifted and transported to different locations. With the mobile lifting aid ezzLIFTmaster, drums up to 500 kilo can be gripped and moved safely and ergonomically.
A battery-operated lifting aid
The advantages of the ezzLIFTmaster are the simple handling, the safe picking up and depositing of the goods as well as the very good manoeuvrability. The lifting aid can be used universally and is battery-operated. The lifting trolley is able to perform a wide range of handling tasks: up/down, gripping/loosening, pivoting, tilting, free programming of different positions and customer-specific pick-up and handling functions. The mobile lifting aid is also available with regard to explosion-hazardous areas, and a hygienic version exists, too.
Dosing and pouring
The ezzLIFTmaster is ideal when it comes to moving, decanting or pouring large quantities of substances and substances, for example from buckets and barrels into mixing containers. While decanting, the heavy containers are often held by hand. This is not an ergonomic working position and is also dangerous because there is always a risk of the container being dropped.
The source container often has to be positioned above the target container with the batch in order to dose the different substances. Holding it is difficult and awkward. The ezzLIFTmaster lifting aid supports the operator when picking up, moving and emptying the containers. In addition, the operators can use it to move back and forth between the containers and adjust the height when pouring.
Turning the container to empty the contents is done manually with a crank or electrically at the push of a button. A wide variety of container shapes can be gripped: drums, cartons, buckets, sacks and much more. A wide selection of different grippers allows different containers to be clamped so that everything can be held and emptied safely. Cardboard boxes, barrels and buckets can be clamped and rotated as desired.
With the emptying function of the ezzLIFTmaster to the front or to the side, it can be dosed easily and precisely by pouring. Flowability depends on the substances, which are powdery or liquid. In addition, if the container is clamped, the operator can support the dosing process with a scoop. Holding the container makes it easier for the operator to work ergonomically.
To weigh
A special tool of the ezzLIFTmaster is an integrated scale. The advantage here is that you can also weigh directly on the lifting aid. There is a load cell on the base frame of the lifter on which a weighing platform sits.
The display is usually on the column of the mobile lifting aid. However, the ad can be placed according to customer requirements. For example, it can also be attached to a flexible arm so that it can be rotated individually. Depending on the version, the scale can weigh a maximum weight of up to 500 kilo. In this way, the mass can be weighed directly during decanting and dosing without having to carry out an additional intermediate step.
Mix
For small batches, the ezzLIFTmaster can also be used as a continuous mixer. Here is the advantage of it: the substances can be dosed and then mixed directly without changing the device. Here, with the lifting aid, a container can be picked up, lifted, mixed and set down.
The positions are then approached by pressing a button. This can also happen while driving. Mixed operation is also carried out by pressing a button. The positions of the pick-up and drop-off points as well as the mixing (duration, reversal of direction, ...) can be preset using a special control.
