We welcome a new member to our team: Dennis Bode. He is now responsible for assembly and service. A few quick facts about our new colleague:

Dennis Bode grew up in industry. His training as a cutting machine operator and his studies as a technician laid the foundations for his career. He now has ten years of experience in mechanical engineering and worked, among other roles, as a service and support technician before joining Best Handling Technology.
He particularly enjoys customer contact: “I am the contact person for customers and solve their ‘little problems’ – by phone, by email or on site. Customer contact is very important to me.” Interacting with customers, being on the road and the variety motivate him anew every week. “Spending every day at the assembly bench in the workshop is not for me,” says Bode.
He will also travel for safety inspections and carry out on-site training on the equipment. Because he enjoys helping customers and solving problems, he is a perfect fit for Best Handling Technology as a solution provider.
